Rampage is a high mobility melee Tank that operates best as a close-range, aggressive, heavy assault unit. Rampage can engage enemies with ease and even when it looks like he's about to die, he can Enrage to gain bonus health and continue fighting.
Rampage has the ability to throw boulders that stun enemy Heroes, allowing him and his team to finish them off. King of the Jungle will increase his passive Health Regen, allowing him to heal himself more efficiently when out of combat. Rampage's Ultimate, Enrage, will give him bonus health regen, which will allow him to keep fighting.
Rampage becomes ridiculously tanky late game and because Enrage gives you bonus health, you'll be able to fight for long periods of time while your enemies waste their abilities on you and not your team.

Rampage leaps, dealing Ability Damage to all nearby enemies when he lands. Swipe causes Rampage to slam down early.

Rampage throws a boulder that deals Ability Damage and stuns enemy heroes. Enemy minions hit by the boulder will be displaced and stunned. On activation, Rampage has 5 seconds to confirm the ability or it will be canceled automatically, consuming the mana cost.

King of the Jungle
Active: Gain bonus basic damage equal to 3% of current health for 5 seconds.

Extra Regen in Jungle: 0.75/1/1.25/1.5% of max health Duration: 5 Cooldown: 24/20/16/12
Rampage becomes enraged for the next 12 seconds. His Pounce range is greatly increased. Boulder Throw can be thrown quickly, but at shorter range. King of the Jungle's regeneration is multiplied by a factor of 4 and is active everywhere on the map.
King of the Jungle (Passive) - The intent here is to provide a predictable path to more Regen rather than having less health.
Removed Health Regen bonus based on missing health and replaced with a flat bonus regen while in the Jungle - now a flat 4.2 health per second.
Redesigned Feral Roar Ability to new ability, Thick Skin.
Thick Skin ability:
Now a passive ability which grants [2.24, 4.48, 6.72, 8.96, 11.2 HP/s]. The intent here is to emphasize Rampage as a regeneration tank.
Ultimate (Enraged) has been modified. The intent of the rework is to not allow Rampage to escape without consequence. You will need to commit to an engagement or decide to disengage, but you can no longer do both in combat.
No longer resets cooldown of Pounce, but still increases travel distance.
Removed the immediate bonus health gain.
During Enraged, Rampage now gains [+100,175,250 HP/s] regeneration.
All other functionality of Enraged remains the same.
