Blinkshot can be earned through card packs or through crafting.

Unique Active[]
Blinkshot, in addition to 6 
Power also has an Unique Active which teleports your hero to a target point up to 1000 units away. The active can be used in a z-axis, allowing you to blink into elevated areas. Cooldown resets on player kill within 8 seconds after using Blinkshot.
Activating the card will play a sound effect hearable by all players.
After blinking you will retain 150 Movement Speed.

- Reduced cooldown to 240 seconds from 300.
- Assists no longer reset the cooldown. The cooldown now only resets on Player Kill.
- Increased window to earn a kill to 8 seconds from 5
- No longer provides 2.5% Cooldown Reduction.

- Momentum retained after blinking is no longer calculated based on your movespeed prior to activation
- Momentum has been reduced to a flat 150 from 222 + Movement Speed prior to activation
